So, it’s lockdown time… again! Now more than ever, we want to be comfortable, but still stylish, even in our own home. We’re done with ugly PJs! Fear not, we’re here to help with this simple trick: tunics are very in style right now, they adapt to any silhouette and they are so comfy! However, choosing the wrong model for you can make you look dull and dated instead of fabulous and stylish. Hopefully, we’re here to help you choose the right tunic for your body shape!

FOR A SHAPED BODIES

For those with a toned upper body and wider hips, choose a tunic that’s fitted at the top and more fluid at the bottom. Boho cuts, with puffy sleeves and a wide bottom, will look good on you. V necklines and layering (hello ribbed tank) are also perfect to draw attention to the upper body. However, be careful with rigid fabrics. They can cause discomfort and excessive creasing. With these choices, you can’t go wrong! Simply wear your tunic with leggings or really thin denim to balance your silhouette properly.

FOR V SHAPED BODIES

If you have wide shoulders, a large bust and thinner legs, opt for a tunic with sleeves, even short ones. Draw attention to your legs with textured, coloured or patterned skinny pants and go for a short tunic to look absolutely gorgeous!

FOR I AND H SHAPED BODIES - TALL

You’re tall and slender? Wearing tunics won’t be a struggle! However, we somehow think that you wouldn’t mind creating some nice curves. Wear a belt on your natural waist or go for a tunic that already has a cordon. Straight pants will look good on you. Simply wear them with flat booties. Cute and stylish!

FOR I AND H SHAPED BODIES - PETITE

You’re petite? Short and fitted tunics are perfect for you! If you want to add a cute jacket, just make sure it doesn’t cover your butt if you want to show the full extent of your legs! As for pants, go for something fitted. Ankle pants (7/8) will also suit your smaller figure!

FOR O SHAPED BODIES

To flaunt your generous curves without creating undesired folds, prefer a structured tunic. Because of their supporting effect, leggings are a great option for you. Jeans also work but make sure they’re thin enough to be worn under your tunic without adding too much volume. If you want a more structured effect, pull-on pants are awesome!
